Pirojpur Correspondent. A theft has occurred at Sinan Traders Gas and Electronics, a shop located in the heart of Pirojpur city and right in front of Sadar Police Station. This incident has created extreme insecurity among the business community and locals. Today, Wednesday, at around 8 am, the shop employee came to open the shop as usual and found that the shutter hook of the shop was cut. The matter was immediately informed to the shop owner and Pirojpur Chamber of Commerce Vice President Mehedi Hasan. Upon receiving the news, the shop owner came to the spot and entered the shop and found the goods inside in a mess. He said that the thieves had taken various electronic goods including cash kept in the shop's cash register. However, the amount of goods and money lost has not yet been determined. After receiving the news of the incident, the leaders of the Pirojpur District Business Association, local journalists and responsible officials of the administration visited the scene. There is concern and anger among the businessmen and the common people about such thefts in such an important and crowded place like in front of the police station during the day and evening. In this regard, shop owner Mehedi Hasan said, "If our business establishment is not safe in front of the police station, then where will we go to do business safely. My demand from the administration is that the culprits should be investigated quickly and brought to justice and my goods should be recovered." In this regard, the officer-in-charge of Pirojpur Sadar Police Station said, "After receiving the news, we visited the scene. The matter is being investigated seriously. The culprits will be identified quickly and brought to justice by collecting CCTV footage from the surroundings.
