Female Accused Arrested in Incident of Wife Allegedly Cutting Husband Penis.

Today, 30/07/2026 at around 06:00 AM a wife allegedly tied up her sleeping husband’s hands and legs, cut the base of his penis with a blade, and also cut the tendon behind his left ankle, causing serious injuries.
