Operations of Five Unregistered Private Hospitals and Diagnostic Centers Shut Down in Faridpur.

The *Civil Surgeon* has shut down the operations of five private hospitals and diagnostic centers near Faridpur Medical College Hospital for operating without registration for a long time and for allegations of various irregularities and mismanagement. On Tuesday (August 4) at noon, this action was taken during a joint operation by the District Commissioner and the District Civil Surgeon.The operation was led by District Civil Surgeon Dr. Mahmudul Hasan. During the operation, the activities of Al Jara Specialized Hospital, Lily Private Hospital and Diagnostic Center, Medico Hospital and Diagnostic Center, Holy City Private Hospital, and Ma-Moni Diagnostic Center were declared closed. District Civil Surgeon Dr. Mahmudul Hasan, said the operation was conducted to ensure the registration of healthcare institutions and to guarantee quality and safe medical services for patients.The concerned institutions have been urged to complete the necessary registration quickly and operate while maintaining healthcare standards. He further said, "Such monitoring and mobile court operations will continue in the future in the public interest." It is worth mentioning that the general public has strongly demanded that such operations continue.
