Today at 11 AM, this assistance was officially handed over to the deceased customer's son at the Walton Plaza Bishwaroad branch in Sarail, Brahmanbaria. It is reported that Abul Kashem Mia, a resident of Kuttapara area in Sarail Upazila, was a regular installment customer of Walton Plaza. A few days ago, he purchased an AC (air conditioner) on installments from this branch. However, he passed away unexpectedly a few days after depositing the first installment payment. Walton Plaza stood by the customer's family in this sudden bereavement. According to the company's special policy, if a customer who purchases a product on installments dies while the installments are ongoing, his family is provided financial protection benefits ranging from 50,000 to 300,000 Taka. In continuation of this, the cash assistance was handed over to Abul Kashem Mia's son, Yusuf Sami, this morning. Present at the event were Walton Group's Plaza Sales Divisional Credit Manager Humayun Kabir Khan, Regional Credit Manager Sabbir Ahmed, and Sarail Bishwaroad Branch Manager Hridoy Saha, along with local dignitaries.
