Mobile Court in Mirsharai Against Illegal Sand Extraction, 9 Shallow Machines Destroyed.

A mobile court was conducted in Olinagar Mollarghat and Chowdhuryghat areas of Karerhat Union, Mirsharai Upazila, Chattogram, against illegal sand extraction. Jorarganj Police Station assisted during the operation. During this time, approximately 1,200 feet of pipe and 9 shallow machines used for illegal sand extraction were destroyed. Extracted sand was also seized. According to related sources, the administration's crackdown against illegal sand extraction will continue.
