Whip ABM Ashraf Uddin Nizan MP given new responsibility for Brahmanbaria, Cumilla and Chandpur districts.

The Honorable Whip of the Bangladesh National Parliament, ABM Ashraf Uddin Nizan MP, has been assigned the responsibility of maintaining and ensuring normal law and order in Brahmanbaria, Cumilla and Chandpur districts, as well as overseeing and providing advice on various development and public welfare activities. According to the government gazette notification, under the new responsibility, he will oversee and provide advice on controlling drug abuse and illegal trafficking, preventing smuggling, suppressing serious crimes, implementing the government's election manifesto, poverty alleviation, job creation, and social safety net programs, along with various other development and public welfare initiatives of the government in the three districts. In addition, Whip ABM Ashraf Uddin Nizan MP will also play a key role in coordinating government activities, monitoring them, and providing necessary assistance. It is expected that in his new role he will contribute effectively to improving law and order in Brahmanbaria, Cumilla and Chandpur districts, coordinating administrative activities, and working for the welfare of the general public.
