Multiple Complaints Over C - Section Procedures at Private Hospital in Jaintapur.

Multiple complaints have been raised by relatives of patients regarding Caesarean section (C-section) treatment at Jaintapur Central Hospital and Diagnostic Center in Jaintapur, Sylhet. According to the patients’ relatives, several patients developed physical complications following C-section operations and were subsequently taken to the hospital’s intensive care unit (ICU). Meanwhile, concern and anger have emerged among relatives following the deaths of mothers and newborns while receiving treatment at the hospital. Relatives alleged that in several cases, patients’ physical conditions deteriorated after C-section operations, and although they were provided ICU care, they eventually died. However, the hospital authorities have not yet provided their statement regarding these allegations. The relatives of the affected patients have called for the allegations to be investigated and for authorities to determine whether there was any negligence or medical error in the treatment. The incidents have also raised concern among local residents. They have urged the relevant authorities to investigate the matter and take necessary action if any irregularities are found.
