Pubali Bank Launches Tree Plantation and Digital Banking Booth in Pirojpur.

Adol Pirojpur District Correspondent With a commitment to building a greener, healthier and more sustainable future, Pubali Bank PLC has undertaken a daylong tree plantation programme and an initiative to expand modern digital banking services in Pirojpur under its Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programme.The activities were held at different important institutions in Pirojpur on Wednesday (September 23, 2026).At 11:00 am, a tree plantation programme was inaugurated at Government Shaheed Suhrawardy College in Pirojpur by Pirojpur District Council Administrator Alomgir Hossain and Deputy General Manager and Head of Barishal Region of Pubali Bank PLC’s Regional Office, Barishal, Mohammad Moshahidullah.Principal of Government Suhrawardy College Professor Sheikh Rafiqul Islam was also present at the programme.Meanwhile, at 3:00 pm on the same day, a digital banking booth of Pubali Bank PLC was inaugurated at C.O. Office Mor in Pirojpur sadar.The initiatives are part of Pubali Bank’s efforts to promote environmental sustainability while making modern and convenient banking services more accessible to the people of Pirojpur.
