Farewell and Reception Held for Outgoing Feni Civil Surgeon Dr. Rubaiyat Bin Karim.

A farewell and honor ceremony was held for the outgoing Civil Surgeon of Feni and current Deputy Director (Finance) of the Directorate General of Health Services (DGHS), Dr. Md. Rubaiyat Bin Karim, following his promotion. ​The reception, organized by the Feni District Health Department, was attended by Prof. Dr. Jalal Uddin Mohammad Rumi, Director (Administration) of DGHS, as the chief guest. ​At the event, special honorary crests were presented to the chief guest, Prof. Dr. Jalal Uddin Mohammad Rumi, and the guest of honor, Dr. Md. Rubaiyat Bin Karim, on behalf of the district health department and on the initiative of the incumbent Civil Surgeon, Dr. Md. Arifuzzaman. ​Among others present at the ceremony were Dr. Md. Mobarak Hossain Dulal, Superintendent of 250-Bed General Hospital Feni; Dr. Nurul Karim Chowdhury, Associate Professor of the ENT Department at Chittagong Medical College Hospital; and Dr. S.M. Abdullah Al Mamun, President of DAB, Feni District unit. ​The event was also attended by Upazila Health and Family Planning Officers from all upazilas in the district, consultants from the 250-Bed General Hospital, medical officers from the Civil Surgeon's office, along with various officials and employees of the district health department including the district health superintendent, head assistant, statistician, senior medical technologist, and cashier. ​Speakers commended the outgoing Civil Surgeon for his professionalism and contributions toward improving the quality of healthcare during his tenure in Feni, wishing him overall success in his new role.
