Workshop on product diversification and customer experience held at Faridpur.

Biplab Kumar Das, Staff Reporter. A special workshop has been held in Faridpur to expand and modernize the businesses of local entrepreneurs in view of the upcoming 'Kaifia Grameen Mela'. The workshop titled "Product Diversification and Customer Experience" was organized on Saturday (October 10) from 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Ablum Cafeteria in the city. Organized under the initiative of 'Kaifia Faridpur', the event was conducted and moderated by Roshan Ara Deepti, the founder of the organization. The fair focuses on providing detailed guidance to local entrepreneurs on how to improve the quality of their products, display and present them attractively, and build lasting and strong relationships with buyers. Prominent researcher, writer and entrepreneur Shaon Akand and education and skill development expert Ashibuzzaman Rupam gave guiding speeches as the main trainers in the workshop. The local entrepreneurs participating in the event gained practical knowledge about the modern techniques of product marketing and customer service development. The present entrepreneurs said,This workshop will play a very effective role in promoting their products and expanding their business in upcoming fairs.
